END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Company hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your iOS device, subject to the following terms:

1.1 Installation and Use

• You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single iOS device
• You may not make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except for backup purposes
• You may not distribute, rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

1.2 Subscription Services

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes auto-renewable subscription services with the following terms:

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA

4.1 Data Storage

• All user data is stored locally on your device
• Company does not have access to your personal data or client information
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
